Previously rumored for August 6th, Disney’s What If… will premiere on August 11th exclusively on Disney+. Disney’s What If…? follows the lead of the 1977 comic book run with the same name and will look at different scenarios featuring the characters we know and love from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For example – what if T’Challa became Star Lord or what if Peggy Carter took the super solider serum?
Marvel’s What If…? will consist of 10 episodes in its first season and has already been renewed ahead of the series premiere. It it unknown at this time how long episodes will be, but it can be assumed that each episode will be ~25 minutes long.
We also know that Chadwick Boseman (who tragically passed away last summer) will reprise his role one final time as a voice in the series.
